Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every AJ Wallace piece is checked and packed by hand in London. We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

UK delivery

  • Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.
  • Delivery usually takes a few working days after dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

International delivery

  • We ship internationally with DHL Express to the United States, Canada, Australia, India, Qatar and countries across the European Union.
  • The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your parcel.
  • DHL Express usually delivers within a few working days of dispatch, depending on your destination and customs clearance.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. Unless we tell you otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total and are payable by you, usually to DHL before delivery. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the price of your items, minus the original delivery charge and any return costs we are charged.

Tracking your order

Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. If you have any questions about your delivery, email us at info@ajwallace.uk with your order number.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

  • We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you gave us.
  • If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (with photos, if damaged) and we will put it right.
  • Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is sent to an incorrect address you gave us, we'll do our best to help but may not be able to recover it.
