Recommended size:
UK 12-14 / EU 40-42 for a relaxed, comfortable fit.
It would also work on UK 16 / EU 44 as a closer fit, and the belt lets the wearer cinch the waist for a more tailored look.
The 15.5" shoulder is on the roomier side, which supports this range.
The 40" chest gives about 2-4" of ease on a 36-38" bust.
